ADNA September – Make Mine Microgreens! with guest speaker Steve Leinweber

Topic: Make Mine Microgreens! with guest speaker Steve Leinweber.
In this informative session, Steve Leinweber, owner of Bee Line Microgreens, will explain how you can easily incorporate these tiny greens to add a burst of freshness and color to any dish, from salads to smoothies.
Microgreens are young, edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs, celebrated for their vibrant flavors and exceptional nutritional benefits.
Arugula, broccoli, radish, wasabi mustard, cantaloupe, and speckled pea microgreens are rich in vitamins (like A, C, and K) and minerals such as iron and calcium. They provide potent health benefits that offer anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, support immune health, bone health, and cardiovascular health.
Whether acquiring microgreens through a service such as Bee Line Microgreens, buying them at your favorite farmer’s market or grocery store, or even sprouting them yourself, these mini plants pack a major punch of flavor and nutrition.
We will also share some of our favorite recipes that prominently feature microgreens. Sign up today!
We are all on an adventure, one designed with healthy longevity in mind. Like most adventures, they’re more enjoyable when shared. And we want to share this one with you!
These meetings are all FREE of charge…so sign up for your FREE tickets!
