This monthly support meeting is designed for the plant-curious as well as the plant-committed.
Our Mission is to help spread the word to other health-conscious people about the many benefits of adopting a Whole Food, Plant Based (WFPB} lifestyle. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment to take charge of your life thru plant-based eating.
