June 13 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm CDT

It’s never too late to build strength, transform your health, and feel your very best. Now is the time!!

Join Angela Fischetti (Senior Fitness consultant, virtual certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in wellness for older adults), and Vicki Brett-Gach (Plant-Based Culinary Instructor, Certified Personal Chef, and Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach) for a special one-hour presentation: STRENGTHEN AND NOURISH FOR LIFE.

Angela explains the benefits of strength training and exactly what we need to know about compound movements, plus provides actual instruction and guidance to help us get started, and do so safely!

And what should you eat after your workout? Vicki will show you how to prepare a delicious, nutritious, EASY post-workout meal that checks all the boxes, and is fitness expert approved!

We are all on an adventure, one designed with healthy longevity in mind. Like most adventures, they’re more enjoyable when shared. And we want to share this one with you!

These meetings are all FREE of charge…so sign up for your FREE tickets!

Please mark your calendars for the THIRD TUESDAY (typically) of each month, 7:00pm CST! Each month we have a different topic.
