    No Cook Imitation Brownie Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups Raw Walnuts
    • 1 cup Pitted Dates
    • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder non-alkali
    • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut
    • 1 tbsp Water
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Optional
    • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Optional

    Instructions

    • Grind walnuts into a fine meal
    • Combine all ingredients except coconut
    • Process until a uniform dough is formed
    • Roll batter between hands to form balls about one inch in diameter
    • Grind coconut to a coarse power and place in a bowl
    • Roll balls in coconut to coat
    • Store in freezer and serve chilled
