PBNM Group Meetings
PBNM Groups are monthly informational and support meetings where people can get together with others who are interested in learning more about the impact of dietary choices on health. Each month will have a different topic, and group participants are encouraged to ask questions and offer suggestions for future meetings if there are particular subjects they would like to see addressed. While we have a wide array of topics already on the agenda, we definitely are interested in feedback as to what information might be the most helpful to group members.
While a couple of groups are already meeting, please note that several more are in the process of locating venues for group meetings and as those groups become established, they, too, will appear on the calendar.
The purpose of all of our PBNM Groups is to support efforts towards good health by preventing and reversing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer by eating more plant based foods. We support and welcome all individuals no matter what their current dietary preferences.
