Meet your Plant Based Neighbors for Potluck and Networking! Meeting is in the Veterans Room on the 2nd Floor of the Library.
The purpose of all of our PBNM Groups is to support efforts towards good health by preventing and reversing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer by eating more plant based foods. We support and welcome all individuals no matter what their current dietary preferences.
This group is being hosted by Dr Carlos Reynes founder and director of the Integrative Therapies Wellness Center in Oak Park who encourages his patients to heal through plant based nutrition.
We encourage participants to bring a potluck dish to share (this is NOT a requirement, it’s just a suggestion to help everyone explore the plant based lifestyle, share recipes, and experiment. If you would like to bring a dish, but don’t know what to bring, check out https://pbnm.org/resources/recipe-sites/for ideas and inspiration)
PBNM Groups will allow you to experience first hand how wonderful plant based foods can taste while learning many health topics and connecting with other people working toward improving their health.

We’ll meet monthly in Oak Park, the 4th Wednesday of every month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Mark your calendars. We hope you’ll join us!!!
